HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09282010 - C.06RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/494 accepting fulfillment of the Drainage Facility Maintenance Agreement for SD 92-07597, project being developed by Kaufman and Broad of Northern California, Inc., as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. FISCAL IMPACT: No Fiscal Impact. BACKGROUND: The purpose of the agreement was to set maintenance responsibility over a temporary drainage basin until permanent drainage improvements have been completed. The permanent improvements have been installed; therefore, the maintenance agreement is satisfied. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Drainage Facility Maintenance Agreement and corporate surety bonds will not be exonerated.
