HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09212010 - C.80RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/481 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Fort Bragg Electric, Inc. for the New Generators at Fire Station No. 1 located at 1330 Civic Drive, Walnut Creek, Fire Station No. 5 located at 205 Boyd Road, Pleasant Hill and Fire Station No. 15 located at 3338 Mt. Diablo Boulevard, Lafayette, as recommended by the General Services Director. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no impact to the General Fund with the adoption of the Resolution of Acceptance and Notice of Completion. BACKGROUND: On November 10, 2009, the County entered into a contract with Fort Bragg Electric, Inc. to furnish, install, and test new generators at Fire Stations No. 1, No. 5, and No. 15. The project has been completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and it is recommended that the project be accepted.
