HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09212010 - C.70RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute a purchase order, on behalf of the Chief Information Officer, with TeleManagement Technologies Inc., in an amount not to exceed $100,500 for software maintenance and support of the WinCall call accounting system for the period October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: $100,500. Purchase Order costs will be billed out to user departments. BACKGROUND: DoIT completed the bid process for a new Call Account and Billing system in 2004. This bid was awarded to TeleManagement Technologies Inc. The company is the sole distributor of WinBill and WinCall products selected in this bid. These systems are proprietary and no re-sellers are available.
