HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01081985 - 1.27 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on January 8, 1985 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak & Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None RESOLUTION NP. 85 17 (Civil Code S 1109 SUBJECT: Conveyance of County Surplus Real Property Bryant Way Orinda Area Vacation No. 1911 (WO 1646) The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: On August 21, 1984, the Board adopted Resolution No. 84/502 which vacated a portion of Bryant Way. This Board RECOGNIZES that said property, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, was subject to a condition subsequent providing that upon abandonment, the property would revert to the original Grantor, East Bay Municipal Utility District, its successors or assigns. Pursuant to Civil Code Section 1109, this, Board hereby APPROVES the conveyance of any interest the County may have in the real property described in Exhibit "A" and AUTHORIZES its Chairman to sign a Quitclaim Deed to East Bay Municipal Utility District.
