Code Sec. 25363) SUBJECT: Sale of Surplus Flood Control District Real Property 2526 Todd Avenue Project No. 7520-6B8370 Concord Area The Board of Supervisors, as the governing body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District RESOLVES THAT: The Board by Resolution No. 84/676, dated November 6, 1984, determined that the County owned parcel described in the Notice of Public Land Sale is surplus and that it is not needed for public use. The Notice of Public Land Sale set 2:00 p.m. on December 15, 1984 at the property location, as the time and place where oral bids would be received and considered. The highest bid received for the property, in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale approved by this Board, was $83,000 by Erick A. Soldahl and John G. Malone at which time the amount of $3,500.00 was deposited as an option-bid deposit to secure completion of the transaction. Said bid is hereby ACCEPTED and the Chairman of this Board is AUTHORIZED to execute a deed to the highest bidder for the property and cause the same to be delivered upon performance and compliance by the purchaser of all the terms and conditions set forth in the Option to Purchase Agreement executed on December 15, 1984 by the high bidder. 4.0#e01 eert)tp that this to a true and correct copy of Oh action taken and enterod on the minutes of Mer 1103rd of supurvlsors on t to date shown. 0TTESTED: / � 5 J.A.
