HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09212010 - C.45RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Donna Wigand), to execute, on behalf of the County, Standard (Amendment) Agreement #24–760–21 (#27342, 2) with the State Department of Rehabilitation, effective September 1, 2010, to make technical adjustments to the agreement, with no change in the original payment to the County in an amount not to exceed $3,865,386 and no change in the original term of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: None. Approval of this Agreement will make a technical adjustment to the budget to reflect a title change allowing continuous funding by the State Department of Rehabilitation for fiscal years 2009/2010, 2010/2011, and 2011/2012. No County funds are required and no increase in rate. Approval of Standard Amendment (Agreement) #24-760-21 will allow the state to make a technical adjustment to the budget to reflect a change in the Administrative Assistant position, allowing County’s clients to continue participating in comprehensive rehabilitation plans that provide job skills development, career counseling, coaching in job application skills, job development and placement, and follow-up services with no change in the term through June 30, 2012.
