FISCAL IMPACT: The cost associated with this action is approximately $16,510 per year and is offset by the elimination of straight time overtime pay already incurred by the incumbent. BACKGROUND: The Health Services Department is requesting to increase the hours of Clerk-Senior Level position #9146 and incumbent from 30/40 to 40/40 in the Concord Health Center. The additional hours are criticial to meet the clinic's daily demands. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If the position hours are not increased, the Department will not have adequate staffing to meet the needs of patients and providers in the Concord Health Center.
