HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09212010 - C.14RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/479 approving the second extension of the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of -Way Landscaping) for RA 03-01154 (cross-reference SD 99-8306), for project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corp., as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: No Fiscal Impact. BACKGROUND: The developer has requested additional time to complete improvements due to development phasing and the Subdivision (Right-of-Way Landscaping) needs to be extended. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) will not be renewed.
