ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/468 approving the second extension of the Subdivision
Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) for SD 05-09021, for project being developed by
Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No Fiscal Impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) needs to be renewed to include
the warranty period.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) will not be renewed
