ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/474 ratifying the prior decision of the Public Works Director,
or designee, to fully close a portion of San Pablo Dam Road, on September 19, 2010 from
6:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of El Sobrante Stroll 17th Annual Street Fair
and Parade, El Sobrante area. (District I)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No Fiscal Impact.
BACKGROUND:
Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Applicant will not have Board approval for completed road closure.
