ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/477 accepting completion of improvements and declaring
Fairview Avenue as a county road, for Subdivision MS 02-00021, as recommended by the
Public Works Director, Bay Point area. (District V)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No Fiscal Impact.
BACKGROUND:
The developer has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement and in
accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The completion of the improvements will not be accepted and Fairview Avenue will not be
declared a county road.
