HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09142010 - C.87RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #74–196–11 with Anka Behavioral Health, Incorporated, a non-profit corporation, in an amount not to exceed $185,265, to provide outpatient Medi-Cal drug treatment services, for the period from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 62% by Federal Drug Medi-Cal and 38% by State Drug Medi-Cal. No County funds are required. There are no increases in the rates. BACKGROUND: This Contract meets the social needs of County’s population by providing outpatient substance abuse treatment services, including individual counseling treatment and group counseling treatment, to County residents with co-occurring substance abuse and psychiatric disorders.
