HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01081985 - 1.14 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on January 8, 1985 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak $ Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, ) and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, 1 RESOLUTION NO. 85/5 Subdivision 5602, 1 Pacheco Area. 1 The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improve- ments in Subdivision 5602 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Diablo Lakes Land Fund heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Aqreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY January 13, 1981 Covenant Mutual Insurance Company Bond No. 011.701 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described road, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 5602 filed January 15, 1981, in Book 248 of Maps at page 25, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road. ROAD NAME ROAD/RIGHT OF WAY WIDTHS LENGTH Temple Drive 40/60 .02 miles BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described road, previously known as Dalton Lane, is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road; a portion of the right of way was conveyed by separate instrument, recorded on March 21, 1979, in Volume 9271 of Official Records, page 896, the remaining right of way was previously accepted and recorded on December 11, 1981 in Volume 10608 of Official Records, page 906.
