HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09142010 - C.18RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/448 for exonerating Deferred Improvement Agreement along Ridgewood Road for subdivision MS90-0204, Alamo area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: No Fiscal Impact. BACKGROUND: The conditions of approval for minor subdivision 204-90 required installation of frontage improvements along Ridgewood Road consisting of curb and gutter, sidewalk, pavement widening, plus drainage and street lights as necessary. Said conditions also granted an exception to that requirement subject to a Deferred Improvement Agreement (DIA). The DIA was approved by the Board of Supervisors on February 25, 1992. The Public Works Department has evaluated the needs for these improvements and widening along Ridgewood Road. Based on the fact that sidewalks are not typical of the area and we don’t anticipate the need for Ridgewood Road widening, Public Works is recommending that the Board of Supervisors exonerate the DIA.
