HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09142010 - D.4RECOMMENDATION(S): CONTINUE the Hearing to Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 10:30 a.m., to allow the property owner(s) to continue working with County Staff towards a resolution other than abatement. FISCAL IMPACT: BACKGROUND: At the Board of Supervisors Hearing on July 13, 1010, the Board granted the property owner, Mr. Wetzel, a sixty (60) day extension in order to obtain the required permits and make substantial progress in the construction/inspection of the building. County staff is continuing to work with the property owner, Mr. Wetzel, to obtain voluntary compliance to the violation at the property. On August 23, 2010 County staff met with Mr. Wetzel, his attorney, and his design professional.
