HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08102010 - C.44RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Art Lathrop), to execute, on behalf of the County, Amendment Agreement #23-365-9 with Global Vision Consortium, a corporation, effective July 1, 2010, to amend Contract #23-365-1 (as amended by #23-365-2 through #23-365-8), to increase the total payment limit by $50,000 from $317,990 to a new total payment limit of $367,990, with no change in the original term through August 31, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) National Bioterrorism Hospital Preparedness Program funds, through the State Department of Health Services. No County funds are required. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #23-365-9 will allow the Contractor to provide an additional level of services to include a County-wide comprehensive After Action Report, including a programmatic assessment and evaluation of H1N1, through August 31, 2010.
