HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08102010 - C.39RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #23–432–6 with Beacon Partners, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $400,000, to provide professional consultation and technical assistance with regard to project analysis and implementation of hospital clinical applications, for the period from August 1, 2010 through July 31, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by budgeted Enterprise Fund I. There are no increases in the rates. BACKGROUND: On July 22, 2008 the Board of Supervisor approved Contract #23–432 with Beacon Partners, Inc.
