HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08032010 - C.26RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Health Services Department, to execute a Change Order to Purchase Order 25692 with Clarity Software Solutions, Inc., to add $300,000.00 to a new total of $675,000.00 for continuation of printed Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP) member materials and ID cards, for the period from July 31, 2008 through July 30, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: Total cost of $675,000.00 is budgeted in Enterprise II. BACKGROUND: Contra Costa Health Plan is mandated by Department of Health Care Services, Department of Managed Health Care and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to provide legal documents explaining contract between CCHP and members as well as documents explaining how to use the health plan for the members. These documents can change regularly as benefits and laws on healthcare change. CCHP intends to increase usage of Clarity Software Solutions, Inc.
