On January 13, 2009 the Board approved an amendment to extend the term to June 30, 2010. This amendment seeks to extend the term to September 30, 2010 while all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Approval of this action will allow the continued provision of LIHEAP and weatherization services to program-eligible households in Contra Costa County.
