HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07272010 - C.54RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Pat Godley), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #23–454–2 with Terra Verde, LLC, a limited liability company, effective September 16, 2009, to amend Contract #23–454 (as amended by Contract Amendment Agreement #23–454–1), to increase the payment limit by $50,000, from $100,000 to a new payment limit of $150,000 and extend the trerm from May 31, 2010 through May 31, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by budgeted Enterprise Fund I.
