HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07272010 - C.17RECOMMENDATION(S): Adopt Position Adjustment Resolution No. 20807, to change status of two Exempt Medical Staff Dentist (VPW0) positions from Permanent-Intermittent to Permanent/Part-time status at salary level 1P2 2027 ($8191 - $11,573.66), and set work hours for Position #8611 at 24/40 and Position #9014 at 32/40 in the Health Services Department. FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval, this action will result in an annual cost of $30,374 and will be offset by Federally Qualified Health Care Funds. This action will result in no Net County Cost. BACKGROUND: The Department is requesting the conversion of Exempt Medical Staff Dentist from permanent-intermittent to permanent part-time in order to meet the provide dental services in the County Dental Clinics. The Dentists in Positions #8611 and #9014 have set clinic schedules and work hours every week. This action will allow us to meet those set clinic hours.
