FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND: On April 7, 2010, the 2009/10 Civil Grand Jury filed the above-referenced report, which was reviewed by the Board of Supervisors and subsequently referred to the County Administrator who prepared the attached response that clearly specifies: A. Whether a finding or recommendation is accepted or will be implemented; B. If a recommendation is accepted, a statement as to who will be responsible for implementation and by what definite target date; C. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: CLERK'S ADDENDUM The Board of Supervisors directed County staff to amend the response language to the Civil Grand Jury as specified and unanimously voted for the item to be returned before the Board on the Consent calendar, if appropriate, of the August 10, 2013 meeting agenda.
