HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07132010 - C.104RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Employment and Human Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Daina Landeza-Olivier, dba You Angry! in an amount not to exceed $110,000 to provide domestic violence consultation services for the period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: $110,000: 20% County funds, 40% Federal, 40% State BACKGROUND: Contractor provides domestic violence case-specific consultation, guidance, and support to EHSD Children and Family Services (CFS) staff, enhancing the collaboration between Children and Family Services and other agencies addressing domestic violence and developing interventions which include safety plans for family members affected by domestic violence.
