HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07132010 - C.81RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, (Donna Wigand), to execute, on behalf of the County, Standard (Amendment) Agreement #29-529-2 (#27489A, 2) with the State Department of Rehabilitation, effective June 1, 2010, to amend Agreement #29-529 (as amended by Amendment Agreement #29-529-1), to make technical adjustments to the budget with no change in payment to County in the amount of $306,498 and to extend the term from September 30, 2010 through December 31, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: Approval of this Amendment Agreement will result in no change in the amount of $306,498 payable to the County in funding from the State Department of Rehabilitation American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) through December 31, 2010. No County match required. The services will continue to be provided at the Contra Costa County Mental Health (CCCMH) site in Concord. The goal of the CCCMH is to prepare the cooperative program ARRA/DOR consumers with the skills necessary to secure and maintain competitive employment in agreement with their Individual Plan for Employment (IPE). Approval of Standard (Amendment) Agreement #29-529-2 will make technical adjustments to the budget and allow continuation of vocation rehabilitation services, while all other terms and conditions remain the same through December 31, 2010.
