step. The salary coding on the Board Order and P300 were incorrect; this action corrects
the coding for each classification.
In addition, Resolution No. 2008/166 originally created the second step for sworn
management employees within the Sheriff's Office in response to the sixth salary step
negotiated by the Deputy Sheriff's Association. Since Position Adjustment Resolution
No. 20789 restores the Commander-Exempt and Undersheriff-Exempt classifications to a
single step, Appendix D of Resolution No. 2008/166 must be amended to remove both
classifications.
