There is a critical need for a Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day general administrative support activities, and provide support to medical and nursing staff on a daily basis. Additionally, Adult Mental Health Services has been transferred to the Ambulatory Care Division. Behavioral Health is integrated with the Concord Clinic's Family Medicine for adult mental health patients. Still under construction, the new Concord Behavior Health Center is slated to open in January 2011. The Clinic Coordinator will have a split assignment between the two health centers located at 3052 Willow Pass Road and 1420 Willow Pass Road in Concord. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this position is not added, there will be inadequate staffing in the Concord Health Center and the Concord Behavioral Health Center which impacts the delivery of patient services.
