HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07132010 - C.52RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE Appropriations and Revenue adjustment No. 5093 authorizing new revenue in the amount of $1,100,000 from State of California Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds for project and program administration expenses in FY 2009/10 for operation of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program in the City of Concord. FISCAL IMPACT: No General Fund impact. All funds were provided to the County as a grant from the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. CFDA 14.228 BACKGROUND: On June 23, 2009, the Board of Supervisors approved receipt of a $1.1 million grant from the State of California to operate the Neighborhood Stabilization Program in the City of Concord.
