HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07132010 - C.50RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE Appropriation Adjustment No. 5089 authorizing new revenue in Health Services Fixed Assets (BU0853) in the amount of $17,268 from accumulated depreciation and salvage and appropriating it to purchase one replacement vehicle for the Health Services Department. FISCAL IMPACT: This action provides appropriations from depreciation and estimated salvage for the replacement of one vehicle. The estimated purchase cost of $20,028 will be funded with accumulated depreciation ($15,668), estimated salvage ($1,600), and funds ($2,760) from the Health Services Department 2009/10 Budget. BACKGROUND: The Health Services Department is replacing one vehicle damaged in an accident and repair costs exceed the value of the unit. The purchase will be funded with accumulated depreciation, salvage, and funds from the FY2009/10 budget.
