(100% Proposition 1B funds) (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund. The increase in payment is to be funded by Proposition 1B (100%). BACKGROUND: Under the existing Consulting Services Agreement payment limit, Winzler & Kelly Consulting Engineers is providing civil engineering services and construction support for the Byron Highway Shoulder Widening between Byron Hot Springs Road and Rankin Road. The Consultant shall incorporate the reinforced concrete box culvert extension design into the current scope of work for the road shoulder widening project and it will be include in the 95% Plans, Specs, and Estimate submittal.
