APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a license

Subject:License Agreement with CBS Outdoor Group Incorporated
BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
Montalvin Manor area through a federal grant.
In exchange for allowing CBS Outdoor, Incorporated to advertise on the bus shelters,
CBS Outdoor, Incorporated will maintain the bus shelters, pay the County a portion of
the advertising revenue and provide free advertising space to County departments to
advertise about their programs and/or services.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Without an agreement for maintenance of the two (2) new bus shelters, a portion of the
funding could be lost for the Montalvin Manor Pedestrian & Transportation Access
Improvement project. In addition, without approval of this license agreement, the cost of
the maintaining the existing eleven (11) bus shelters will fall to the County without any
offsetting revenue.
