FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Mental Health Commission formed a workgroup to review and revise the bylaws under which they operate. This workgroup spent considerable time reviewing and editing the existing bylaws. On May 13, 2010 the Mental Health Commission reviewed the final recommendations for changes to the bylaws. The Commission made several minor changes to the recommendations and approved the final version to be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
