HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06222010 - C.85RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Child Support Services Director, or designee, to execute an Interagency Agreement with Marin County Department of Child Support Services, a government agency, to provide the County with Special Project services in the amount not to exceed $120,000 for the period of July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: This project will be fully funded by allocations from the Federal Government at 66% and the State at 34%. This is zero cost to the County General Fund. BACKGROUND: Agency will provide services to the Department of Child Support Services to assist as needed in special projects such as. provide Compromise of Arrears Program case management services, provide complaint resolution services and entering complaint data into the state CRTS system, prepare and participate in state hearings as necessary, provide credit report dispute services for review using the E-Oscar system, provide Child Support Enforcement clean up reports services APPROVE OTHER RECOMMENDATION OF CNTY ADMINISTRATOR RECOMMENDATION OF BOARD COMMITTEE Action of Board On: 06/22/2010 APPROVED AS RECOMMENDED OTHER Clerks Notes: VOTE OF SUPERVISORS AYE:John Gioia, District I Supervisor Gayle B. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Failure to approve this contract will lessen the Department's ability to provide necessary services to our clientele in a timely manner. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
