APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Employment and Human Services Director, or designee,
to execute a contract with Child Abuse Prevention Council in an amount not to exceed
$646,141 to provide child abuse prevention services for the period July 1, 2010 through
June 30, 2011.
FISCAL IMPACT:

Comprehensive Family Assessment for Positive Family Outcomes, CFDA #93.670; 13%
Substance Abuse/HIV, CFDA# 93.658; 9% Community Care Licensing, Foster Homes,
CFDA #93.658; 29% American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, CFDA 93.714); 34% State

CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
This contract supports all of the community outcomes established in the Children’s Report
