Against Domestic Violence in an amount not to exceed $219,275 to provide Promoting Safe and Stable Families Collaborative Program with the Monument Community Partnership for the period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: $219,275: 15% Federal Promoting Safe and Stable Families (CFDA 93.556); 15% State Family Preservation; 70% Federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (CFDA 93.714). BACKGROUND: This contract establishes STAND! Against Domestic Violence (STAND) as the lead and fiscal agent for the collaborative project in Central Contra Costa County under the Promoting Safe and Stable Families Program (PSSF).
