HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06082010 - C.91RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Redevelopment Agency Director to execute the Third Amendment to the License Agreement between Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency (Agency) and East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) adding one (1) parking lot at Lisa Lane to the Iron Horse Trail. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no impact to the County General Fund. BACKGROUND: On October 9, 1990, the Agency entered into a license agreement with EBRPD for the construction of a portion of the Iron Horse Trail within the property limits of the land more commonly known as the “former Southern Pacific Right-of-Way” and currently referred to as the Iron Horse Corridor (IHC). The original license has subsequently been amended two times. The purpose of this Third Amendment is to add an existing gravel parking lot at Lisa Lane to the Iron Horse Regional Trail. The parking lot will be operated and maintained by EBRPD.
