HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06082010 - C.75RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/328 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Kel-Tec Builders, Inc. for the Pharmacy Area Remodel, Building One, 2500 Alhambra Avenue, Martinez, for the Health Services Department, as recommended by the General Services Director. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no fiscal impact resulting from the adoption of the Resolution of Acceptance and Notice of Completion. BACKGROUND: On December 19, 2009, the County entered into a contract with Kel-Tec Builders, Inc. for the Pharmacy Area Remodel at the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center. The project has been completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and it is recommended that the project be accepted. The amount of $5,800 is being withheld pending completion of punch-list items noted on Attachment A.
