HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06082010 - C.70RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Patricia Tanquary), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #27–599–10 with Total Healthcare Management, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $500,000, to provide claims processing and negotiations services for the Contra Costa Health Plan for the period from June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: This is a contingency fee contract. Contractor receives a percentage of the savings received from their actions.
