HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06082010 - C.68RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-506-2 with East Bay Perinatal Medical Associates, a general partnership, effective May 1, 2010, to amend Contract #26-506-1, to decrease the payment limit by $50,000, from $150,000 to a new payment limit of $100,000, with no change in the original term of January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. BACKGROUND: On January 8, 2008, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-506-1 with East Bay Perinatal Medical for perinatology services including, but not limited to, telephone consultation services for perinatal patients, on-site perinatal consultation at Pittsburg, Richmond and Martinez Clinics, assistance with maternal transports and providing Level-II ultrasounds and genetic counseling, for the period from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2010.
