HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06082010 - C.59RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #26-604-2 with Michael Gynn, M.D., a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $1,041,000, to provide General Surgery services for patients at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, for the period from June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2013. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. BACKGROUND: On July 24, 2007, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-604 (as amended by Amendment Agreement #26-604-1) with Michael Gynn, M.D., to provide General Surgery services for patients at the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Health Centers including, but not limited to, clinical coverage, consultation, training and medical and/or surgical procedures, for the period from June 4, 2007 through May 31, 2010.
