HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06082010 - C.48RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Coordinated Services Agreement #29-680 with the Brookside Community Health Center, Inc., to pay the County an amount not to exceed $25,000, for Contra Costa Regional Medical Center (CCRMC) to provide Prenatal clinic services to its patients, for the period from May 1, 2010 through April 30, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: Approval of this grant will result in an amount not to exceed $25,000 from Brookside Community Health Center, Inc., for the provision of Prenatal Care services. (No County match required) BACKGROUND: Contra Costa Regional Medical Center has partnered with Brookside Community Health Center, Inc. to provide consultation and direct patient care services to patients, who are enrolled in the Brookside Community Health Center prenatal clinic. Contra Costa Regional Medical Center will provide one (1) physician for prenatal clinic coverage at Brookside Community Health Center.
