ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/314 approving the second extension of the Subdivision
Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping), for SD 05-09021, for project being developed by
Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San
Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District III)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No Fiscal Impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) needs to be renewed to allow
developer to complete punch list.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) will not be renewed.
