ADOPT Traffic Resolution No. 2010/4315 to prohibit parking at all times except for
vehicles of individuals with disabilities (blue curb) on the west side of Fifth Avenue (Road
No. 2295T), as recommended by the Public Works Director, Crockett area.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact to the general fund.
BACKGROUND:
Provide parking for individuals with disabilities, and to enable law enforcement to enforce
the parking restriction.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Unable to use the local authorities' power to enforce the California Vehicle Code.
