HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05252010 - C.50RECOMMENDATION(S): Correct the Board Order which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on April 20, 2010, (C.54) with Samuel Merritt University, a educational institution, to reflect the intent of the parties in which the recommendation(s) should read to provide nursing, occupational or physical therapy field instruction instead of provide occupational therapy field instruction, for the period from April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2013. FISCAL IMPACT: None BACKGROUND: On April 20, 2010, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #22-552-4 with Samuel Merritt University, for the period from April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2013, for the provision of Unpaid Student Training Agreement to provide nursing, occupational or physical therapy field instruction.
