HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05252010 - C.40RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Patricia Tanquary), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #27–599–9 with Total Healthcare Management, Inc., a corporation, effective April 15, 2010, to amend Contract #27–599–7 (as amended by Contract Amendment/Extension Agreement #27–599–8), to increase the payment limit by $60,000, from $380,000 to a new payment limit of $440,000, with no change in the original term of December 1, 2008 through May 31, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: This is a contingency fee contract. Contractor receives a percentage of the savings received from their actions.
