Re-Zoning Land in the
Morgan Territory Area)
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors ordains as follows:
SECTION I. Page/j T-19m, Q-20 of the County's 1978' Zoning Map (Grd. No. 18-
93) is amended by re-zoning the land in the above area shown shaded or, the map(s)
attached hereto and incorporated herein (see also County Planning Department File
No. 2613-RZ )

FROM: Land Use District -2 General Agriculture
TO: Land Ilse District A-4 _ ( Agricultural Preserve _ )
and the Planning Director shall change the Zoning Map accordingly, pursuant to
Ordinance Code Sec. 84-2.003.
SECTION II. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after
passage, and within 15 days of passage shall be published once with the names of
supervisors voting for and against it in the Contra Costa Times _, a
newspaper published in this County.
