FISCAL IMPACT: This Board Order will correct the amendment to reflect no increase to the original payment to County in the amount of $95,874 from the California Environmental Protection Agency for the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act Program. No County match is required. Unfortunately, Cal/EPA was not able to allocate the additional funds at this time. Therefore, Grant Agreement (Amendment) #28-313-2 has been revised to extend time through May 1, 2011 only, with no increase to the original payment to County. Approval of this Board Order will correct the prior Board Order for Grant Agreement (Amendment) #28-313-2 to read no increase in payment to the County, for the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act Program and to extend the term, through May 1, 2011.
