BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
by $10,281, from $95,874 to a new total of $106,155 for County’s Hazardous Materials
Program to set up and implement the APSA Program throughout Contra Costa County
regulated businesses and sites, including but not limited to inspections and compliance with
all program requirements, training on policies, checklist, questionnaires, violations, quality
contract process and enforcement guidelines, through May 1, 2011. Unfortunately, Cal/EPA

no increase to the original payment to County.
Approval of this Board Order will correct the prior Board Order for Grant Agreement
(Amendment) #28-313-2 to read no increase in payment to the County, for the
Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act Program and to extend the term, through May 1, 2011.
