Alvarado 446 Montalvin Drive San Pablo, California 94806 FISCAL IMPACT: None BACKGROUND: Established on August 5, 2008 by Board order item C.87, the purpose of the Montalvin Manor Redevelopment Advisory Committee is to assist the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency in implementing a Redevelopment program in the Montalvin Manor area. The Advisory Committee is composed of 7 members and two alternates.
