CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Participation fees for the EHD Program collected from inmates will fund this purchase, at no cost to the County. If the recommendation is not approved, the Office of the Sheriff-Coroner would be forced to keep inmates in physical custody at substantial County expense without the Electronic Home Detention Program.
