HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05112010 - C.51RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-543-2 with Northern California Hematology Oncology Consultants, Inc., a corporation, effective June 1, 2010, to amend Contract #26-543-1, to decrease the payment limit by $342,500, from $576,000 to a new payment limit of $233,500, with no change in the original term of September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2011. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I.
