The District, in turn, contracts with Contra Costa County Employment & Human Services Department to provide these services. On September 15, 2009 the Board approved the 2009-10 Interagency Agreement with the College District for part-day and full-day State Preschool services. This amendment updates the Funding Terms and Conditions with new information from the State regarding program eligibility requirements, admissions policies and fee schedules. The amendment also reduces the minimum days of operation from 251 to 245 days due to the six mandatory furlough days which all Contra Costa County departments are mandated to observe during FY 2009-10. Approval of the board order will allow the continued provision of full-day preschool services to program eligible families in Contra Costa County.
